Ontario Economic Summit returns with spotlight on leadership across borders
November 12, 2025(TORONTO — November 12, 2025) — The Ontario Chamber of Commerce (OCC) is pleased to announce the return of its annual Ontario Economic Summit (OES), taking place November 18–19, 2025, at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre.
This year’s summit, themed Leadership Across Borders, will bring together leaders from business, government and academia for high-impact discussions, thought-provoking keynotes and strategic networking.
“At a pivotal moment for Canada, the 2025 Ontario Economic Summit will convene, mobilize and empower leaders to learn from one another – and to share ideas for our future,” said Daniel Tisch, president and CEO of the Ontario Chamber of Commerce. “Our theme, Leadership Across Borders, recognizes Canada’s challenges and opportunities to compete and win in the global economy.”
OES 2025 will serve as a platform for decision-makers to forge alliances, shape policies and drive solutions to strengthen Ontario’s competitiveness on the global stage. Key topics will include Ontario’s critical minerals strategy, AI and the workforce, Canada’s role as an energy superpower, trade diversification, national defence and economic security.
