Ana’s path began with a pivotal trip to Miami, where she completed a certification course under the guidance of a Venezuelan party decorator specializing in balloon artistry. That experience sparked a deeper passion and gave Ana the confidence to pursue balloon design professionally. She continued to build her skills through online mentorship, drawing guidance and inspiration from successful designers she followed on social media. These virtual connections helped her refine her craft and expand her creative vision.

In 2019, Ana and her husband Giovanny launched Majestic Balloons from their east-end Cambridge home, four years after relocating from Toronto where they held different careers. As a mother of two and a self-made business owner, Ana credits Giovanny — who still works in the security sector and supports the business part-time — for encouraging her to take the leap into entrepreneurship.
