Should I do anything further after I complete a course?
Yes. Please ensure that after you have fully completed any course, you access the course completion survey below if you have not already done so. You will be promoted at the end of every course to take this voluntary survey.

Where do I go to see all the courses available as part of this Beta period?
Please navigate to the Catalogue page, or sign into Magnet and navigate to the Learning Centre to see the Learning Pathways where you can enroll and begin taking courses. Please make sure your organization leader has created an organization account to invite you.

The Diversity Assessment Tool (DAT) provides the resources businesses need to incorporate EDI into their organizational strategies. It enables companies to examine their policies and processes and obtain best practices from other organizations to develop a strategy that not only complies with legislative requirements but also creates a welcoming and productive workplace. Sign up for 50 – 30 Challenge! The 50 – 30 Challenge encourages organizations to advance gender parity (50% women and non-binary people) and increase diversity (30% other equity-deserving groups) on boards and/or in senior leadership roles.
