Rhonda Choja
Rhonda’s career spans more than 30 years, with leadership experience in international banks, credit unions, consulting firms, and insurance companies. She is recognized for leading transformational change, advancing governance practices, and strengthening risk and compliance frameworks that drive sustainable performance.
She recently completed her term as Chair of the London Chamber of Commerce and has also served on the London Health Sciences Centre Board of Directors and Central 1’s Legislative Committee. Across these roles, she has led governance modernization, supported strategic planning taskforces, and chaired key board committees.
A lifelong learner, Rhonda holds an MBA and has completed executive programs at Ivey Business School and Rotman School of Management. She is also a certified Prosci Change Practitioner and Lean-Agile Officer. In addition to her board service, she is often invited to speak on women in leadership and influencing change.
Rhonda lives in Ilderton with her husband, a London firefighter, and their two children. She is active in her community and passionate about mentoring and leadership development.
