Jill Raycroft

Jill Raycroft is the Chief Executive Officer of the Belleville Chamber of Commerce, where she has served since 2017. Under her leadership, the Chamber has become a catalyst for collaboration and community development, convening the connection between local businesses, elected officials at all levels of government and regional stakeholders and championing an inclusive and resilient business environment that supports both economic growth and quality of life in the Bay of Quinte region.

Drawing on her background in communications, education, and non-profit governance, Jill brings a thoughtful, people-centred approach to leadership. She plays an active role in developing research in workforce development and community safety, including partnerships with the Centre for Workforce Development, Loyalist College and the provincial Chamber network. Through advocacy, innovation, and deep community engagement, she continues to champion the voice of business and the value of connection.
