Carrie McEachran
Carrie McEachran is a resident of Sarnia and serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Sarnia-Lambton Chamber of Commerce. With more than two decades of leadership experience in the non-profit and community sectors, she has dedicated her career to strengthening organizations and improving outcomes for individuals and families across Sarnia-Lambton.
Prior to joining the Chamber, Carrie served as Executive Director of Sarnia-Lambton Rebound and held leadership roles with Community Living Sarnia-Lambton and Pathways Health Centre for Children. Her extensive experience spans organizational leadership, community development, strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and governance. Carrie has significant board and governance experience at both the local and provincial levels. She currently serves on the boards of the Sarnia-Lambton Economic Partnership and Community Living Sarnia-Lambton and is a member of the Premier’s Council on Equality of Opportunity. Her previous governance and leadership roles include serving on the Board of Directors for the North Lambton Community Health Centre, the Physician Recruitment Taskforce, and as Chair of the Sarnia-Lambton Social Services Network. She also served as a public appointee to the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers.
Carrie holds a Master of Arts in Leadership from Royal Roads University, a Developmental Services Worker diploma from Loyalist College, and a Certificate in Non-Profit Management from Western University.
